Teams will be drawn into nine groups. Eight groups will contain six teams and one group will have five teams.
Top two teams from each group and best team on third place will qualify to UEFA Euro 2016.
Final tournament will play 24 teams, which will be drawn into 6 groups (with 4 teams in each group).
The draw is due to take place on 23 February 2014.
