Barcelona vs Real Madrid; 5 reasons Jose has a lot to do

The gulf between the two sides in last night's El Clasico was clear to see. Barcelona went into this game knowing a win would put them top of the table and give them five straight El Clasico wins. Undoubtedly Barcelona were the favourites at the Nou Camp but not many would have expected such a whitewash on the night.

Early goals from Xavi (Andres Iniesta assist) and Pedro (David Villa assist) gave Barca a two goal lead at half time.

The second half offered no let off for the visitors as the brilliant David Villa grabbed two goals of his own after great play from the World's best footballer Lionel Messi.

Barcelona were toying with their La Liga rivals and the frustration of the Madrid side was showing, the team picking up 7 bookings.

The final goal rubbed further salt in the wound. Substitutes Bojan & Jeffren linking up to make it a spectacular five at the Nou Camp in the last minute of play.

This was not the end of the drama however as a player scrap resulted in Sergio Ramos receiving his marching orders in injury time.

Final score: Barcelona 5-0 Real Madrid
